Exposed is being used in "past tense" here, however, nothing has been "exposed" as suspect has provided ZERO evidence of his claims. This is because no such evidence exists. If it did, he would show it. He has only made the claim and has yet to back it up. |

| 9 - his IMDB profile and see its nothing but a paid profile | I have never paid IMDb any amount of money. (Nor would I.) I have never identified myself as an "actor". Another fabrication. |
| 10 - Mark is known as an online fraud who preys on the uneducated who think he is a good service. | My track record speaks for itself. I have never defrauded anyone and, until suspect started defaming me on the Internet, I have maintained an impeccable online reputation as a business owner and entrepreneur. |
| 11 - He will fake hacking of his clients websites in an attempt to get more money | The most puzzling claim of all is centered around a blog post I did in December 2015 after one of my clients complained that their web site had gone offline. The blog post states THE OPPOSITE of what the suspect alleges. It was nothing more than a word of warning to all website owners to regularly backup their site data. I automatically offer daily offsite backups as a part of my hosting service. I have never charged extra for this, nor will I. The four web sites affected by the December 2015 hacking paid me ZERO extra money for restoring their sites. Suspect seems to suggest this blog post is evidence of some kind of "fraud" on my part. It is apparent he is unfamiliar with the term fraud and it's definition. Going above and beyond expectations and providing free customer service is the opposite of "fraud". |
| 12 - pay for his lawsuit that he will never be able to pay as it is in the millions | Here the suspect is referring to Cruise.com -vs- MummaGraphics, Inc. He's about 11 years late breaking this news. It was a full page feature in January 2007 in TIME Magazine. The lawsuit award was reduced by Eastern District Federal Court Judge Leonie Brinkema due to statutory limitations to the amount of $330,000.00. Had suspect researched deeper, he'd know that. The fact that he doesn't tells you all you need to know about his "investigative skills." The correct amount is not hard to find. In February 2008 I attended a "hearing on assets" and was asked under oath when I planned to pay the judgment. My reply was "When hell freezes over". The idea that I would pay Cruise.com a single dime (let alone rip someone off in order to do it) is beyond ridiculous as we are likely to be back in court soon to finish the battle. I will never pay this lawsuit. Never. Ever. In fact, I am doing a documentary about the entire torrid affair showing where justice went horribly wrong.

| 14 - He has been caught trolling and stalking others on hundreds of social media websites | Total fabrication. I only have a presence on less than a dozen social media websites. I have not trolled or stalked anyone on any of them. Ever. |
| 15 - attacking great organizations because those organizations exposed him as well as his counterpart named Geri founder of the fake organization called Americas Taken | I have not attacked anyone. I have attempted to respond to attacks by the suspect, but my response to his defamatory claims has simply been to turn the spotlight on SUSPECT and his activities. The totality of my actions regarding suspect is to shine a white hot spotlight on his actions. I have never attempted to shut him down, defame, disparage or otherwise bash or attack him. I have never reported any of his videos or social media content. He, however, has falsely reported one of my video responses as a copyright violation. He is the only one shutting people down. Apparently suspect believes it is OK to slander someone, claim copyright, and then be exempt from his claims being challenged. I have only cataloged and organized audio and video recordings of his various alleged infractions of common decency as well as rule of law. I have no need or desire to bash or disparage him, any of his organizations or literally anyone else on the planet. All I ask is that you look at my body of evidence regarding the alleged criminal misconduct of the suspect and decide for yourself. |

Unless, of course, he is referring to the many times I have publicly stated that I adore my wife enough to 'drink her bathwater'. (This is understandably gross to some people.) I am head over heels in love with my wife after 22 years of marriage. Pervert? I don't even know what that is supposed to mean. My love and affection is reserved for only one person. My wife whom I adore. |

| 21 - calling the groups and members pedophiles | I said that suspect's facepaint pictures are probably the reason why a seemingly large number of his detractors have labeled him as a pedophile. I don't know if he is a pedophile or not. I have no way of knowing. It is none of my concern. |
| 22 - Guess Mark hates it when people expose his pedophile connections. | Until that happens, I don't know how I could "hate it". The idea that suspect's ludicrous allegations would go unchallenged is ridiculous. |

The suspect, on the other hand, needs to be removed from social media and the Internet in general if he refuses to stop stalking, harassing and defaming people. This website exists for that very purpose. It is not an "attack" on anyone. It is ironic that suspect claims I've provided "no evidence". I have cataloged dozens of audio recordings and will be uploading nearly all of the 500 plus videos you've uploaded with full rebuttal of each and every factually inaccurate claim you've made. It is you who lacks a body of evidence for your claims. |

I have never defrauded anyone and, until suspect started defaming me on the Internet, I have maintained an impeccable online reputation as a business owner and entrepreneur. The only person attempting to tarnish my name is the suspect and he alone. He has threatened to "ruin me and my business" numerous times over the phone and in live videos on social media. He is doing his best to keep that promise. |
| 26 - To date Mark has openly threatened an 8 years old girl | This is a total fabrication. During a single telephone call suspect goes from (A) Saying that I threatened his daughter with assault to (B) Saying that I threatened to kill his daughter to (C) Saying that I threatened to kill his wife. NONE OF THESE CLAIMS ARE TRUE. Suspect claimed to turn over a recording to police, yet the police have no such recording as no such threat was ever uttered by me. |

The suggestion that I am a "con man" are ludicrous as suspect does a much better job of being the definition of a con man: e.g. a man who cheats or tricks someone by gaining their trust and persuading them to believe something that is not true. The suspect has done just that with his loyal followers. |
| 30 - This man is exposed with proof of helping convicted sex offender | Again using the past tence of "expose" when no such exposure has taken place. Suspect could at any time produce his body of evidence of his claims. The fact that he hasn't suggests he is making everything up. |

| 32 - Mark is aiding pedophiles by creating websites and buying cheap domains to attack the man and team who exposes them | Untrue. I am aiding law enforcement, the public, social media companies and others who need to be aware of the danger of interacting with suspect. Anyone who openly challenges suspect's claims are instantly met with the exact same false claims, defamation, harassment and bullying that I (and hundreds of others) have by the suspect. |
| 33 - THE FOLLOWING RECORDED CALL EXPOSES MARK AS HE ADMITS TO MANY ONLINE CRIMES THAT ARE AIDING EXPOSED PEDOPHILES | I admit to a prank call designed to see who he would blame. In this case, he blamed a man named Richard Provost and even made a fake report to the FBI telling them that RichaRD Provost called him. (He didn't. It was me.) My experiment to see who he would blame resulted in suspect blaming an innocent person. |
| 34 - This is just one of a few website domains he is buying up to try and discredit the groups exposing these fraud organizations closely tied to convicted pedophiles | I have ties to ZERO pedophiles and ZERO fraudulent organizations. PERIOD. |
| 35 - He is attacking John Anderson | I am not. Suspect, however, has threatened to kill my wife, then me, then my entire family. |
The Bottom Line
I have been accused of some heinous and horrifying activities and behavior by the suspect. The suspect has offered only his word of each and every allegation. This is the very definition of slander. Could I sue for slander in Canada? Of course I could. Would it be worth it? Likely not. Suspect has no ascertainable assets. No job. No real estate. He appears to possibly own a travel trailer. I already have one of those. While suspect seems to deeply desire for me to spend thousands of dollars pursuing a slander/libel case against him that I would no doubt win, there's no upside for me. Win or lose suspect will keep doing what he wants to do all the while claiming the police won't help. We'll know soon enough if that is true.
Open Letter to Suspect
You are hereby advised to CEASE AND DESIST in the continued and further slander of my character. You are doing this for no other reason than my sticking up for Geri Pfeiffer whom you have equally slandered, harrassed and bullied. Stop picking on women. Pick on someone your own size.
You are hereby advised to either PUT UP or SHUT UP. You have made many disparaging claims about me, my business and accused me of the most heinous acts imaginable. If you have a body of evidence to support your claims you should immediately publish them. In all your videos you claim to be the "only one providing all the proof" yet so far you've offered only your word and NOTHING ELSE.
